Probably the most ************* courier company I have ever dealt with. Not the first time that parcels are misplaced to extremely wrong addresses but also lost where a claim for missing item had to be placed. After actually asking the sender not to use The Courier Guy they went ahead and my parcel found its way to Knysna instead of Limpopo Marblehall. So sad that this reflects to the standard, management and training of a supposedly known company.
