USELESSS OTP THAT NEVER GETS USED, SERIOUS BREACH OF PRIVACY ON DELIVERY BY MFUNDO

If there was a 0 I would rate it zero because this is a serious breach of privacy ,They delivered my parcel to a wrong person, this is my private stuff and the delivery person called Mfundo decided to deliver it to one of my colleagues after it was specified that call the client on the day of delivery but he did not bother , took it to the wrong floor I don't know whats the use of OTP if you can still just drop the parcel to anyone that you come across. I warn people to never use the courier guy if you need your parcel to be safe otherwise your stuff will end up in the wrong hands. Oh and when I call the agent called Kayla ( not sure about the spelling) said it was not specified that it must be delivered at 3rd floor whereas the waybill it is clearly indicated that it should be delivered at 3rd floor. No customer courtesy , accountability or whatsoever
