Useless The Courier Guy

Worst delivery company out there. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered to ME but was delivered to the wrong address while they had my correct address on their system (phoned and confirmed it). They are providing you with a pin but still the package gets delivered to someone who can't even provide this "pin". My package was also supposed to be kept in the fridge and now it's useless seeing that they won't be able to provide proof of whether this package was kept in the fridge. I will keep them accountable for replacing this package that was worth a lot of money. When you get into contact with them, they say that they "escalated the case" but nothing really happens after that. I WILL KEEP THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR REPLACING MY PACKAGE.
