Useless services.

<p>So i did a tracking on Friday morning, and saw that my parcel was dispatched on Friday morning around 7 am. So I expect to get my parcel around lunch time. Lunch time I called to follow up, and then only I heard they went to the wrong address. No one ever bothered to phone me to find out what is going on. But the said I will still receive it that Friday, just a little bit later the afternoon. So 3pm comes I give them another call, they told me they will follow up and come back to me. after a while I phoned again. They said they will follow up and come back to me. And still nothing. Monday I called again explained the whole story and once again they said they will follow up and let me know. Still didn't hear anything. So its Tuesday now and I phoned them again. this time I want to talk to a manager that can properly help me. I explained the whole story once again. and this time he said I must hold while he follows up. He then said the driver is in my area and the promise it will be delivered before lunch. It is now almost 2pm and I'm still waiting. </p> <p>The parcel I'm waiting for is study material witch I needed over the weekend for my first assignment. My assignment is due next week Monday.</p>
