Useless service, robotic responses!

I have recommended Pudo/Courier Guy to numerous clients and fellow vendors over the past few years, as I was so impressed with their assistance. However, over the past few months I am discouraging my clients to use them. Service is shocking!!!!

I ordered from a page that only use Pudo, so had no choice. I went to collect at the locket within 6hrs of receiving the SMS but the locker was empty. I contacted an online agent, via email and via the Whatsapp line. The sender called, to which the response was that they will follow up and get back to her. However there has been no feedback. All that we have received (verbatim): “Your query is noted and will be escalated to the relevant department for further action.” When query further, the same response is received. Ultimately like communicating with robots!!!!

I went from weekly, multiple parcels, to no virtually sending nothing through them! Absolutely horrible!!!!!
