Useless service provider

Most inefficient delivery company ever, full of useless call centre people and useless drivers. I need my parcel delivered asap. I don’t even like your company , it’s a pity the service provider I use deals with you nonsensical people. I keep getting emails that my parcel is out for delivery and I am still to get it . The last time this happened the driver stole my items so I am not sure if you are trying to do the same now .
