Useless service from the Courier Guy again

The Courier Guy in Middelburg Mpumalanga is utterly useless. Firstly, their nubmer that is all over google, facebook and whatever other platform you can think of doesn't work. I have to contact the Head Office just to get a hold of them. Their drivers don't contact you to inform you that they are at the gate when they need to collect a parcel. My domestic worker was at my location the whole day, the only time there wasn't someone at the house was for 30min, i doubt they arrived their in that 30min, they don't even call, if they contacted me I would have at least known they were at my location to collect my parcel and then I would have taken it to their depo myself. I also Tried calling them 16:45 to ask if the driver is on his way to my premises to collect the parcel that i need to get delivered by Friday and no answer. They informed me they work until 17:00 but apparently that is not true. I hate using this company to get something delivered.
