Useless service from courier guy!

The courier guy is one useless company! They advertise over night courier service, but cannot keep their word. Not even to mention the BAD service their customer call centre employees have. They say that your package is their priority, but do not keep their word. I would advise anyone that has urgent packages to rather use another company or any package in general!
