Useless Service, do not do business with them

Absolutely terrible service, booked a delivery on Friday 11 December for next day delivery that would have been the Monday that follows. I even included the instruction on the Waybill t specify delivery for Monday before 1pm. The company I am sending the package to are closed on Tuesdays and Thursday due to Covid. The company cannot follow simple instructions nor communicate these instructions to the rest of the team even after numerous phone calls and confirmations. USELESS!!!!!
