USELESS service by courier guy

I fail to understand how they work it seems as if they are just playing games nje,they update in the morning that the parcel is out for delivery .dont they check first if theres any available locker to deliver? Cos they just updated now that failed attempt to deliver. USELESS we have to keep on complaining about the same issue every week
