Useless service!!!
Completely useless!!! Been waiting for a parcel which I needed as it was a gift. Parcel went out for delivery and was returned and now they can't find my parcel. Been promised since 9 the morning for a call back and im still waiting . Every time I call they have a different excuse as to where my parcel is. Apparently one can't speak to a manager coz then they in a meeting or you get told oh sorry we can't transfer you to the manager or sorry they currently busy with an investigation.

08 Dec 2025, 12:20So apparently my parcel is gone. R3500 item just gone and no one can give me a clear answer. Been told different stories from your parcel is at the hub and out for delivery, your parcel is in the locker to oh we have opened all the lockers and it's not there.
