Useless service

Absolute terrible service from courier guy. Will never use you again. I paid for same day delivery and had problem after problem, first the driver never scanned the parcel so I was unable to track the parcel. Then I get told it will be here between 4 and 4:30pm. I call at 4:47pm get through to Julian and get told he will call me back after he finds out where the driver is. I never got any call back. I then receive my pin and an email saying my parcel is on the way. At 5:10 I receive another email saying no one answered the intercom and I never answered my cellphone so they will reschedule the delivery for Monday. I have security cameras and a security guard as proof that courier guy never arrived and I have proof on my call log that no body tried to contact me. Absolute joke! I paid for same day service and I expect same day service. The parcel I ordered was urgent and you have let me down!
