Useless service

So they put a lie on an email to my customer stating that the parcel was not ready,yet they didn't even go close to my supplier!!!!! Then I ask for a manager and I just bluntly get ignored, I was promised that the parcel will be collected today,yet it still has not been collected!!!!! The service is getting more more useless as it goes. You are a courier company,and this is what you do on a daily basis,why am I complaining about 2 of my package on one day¡!!!!!!!!!
