Useless Pudo, Rustenburg

This is the most useless courier company there is. On Wednesday the 1st December my package was sent from Rustenburg to Boksburg, Today is Monday the 6 December and my package is still at the Rustenburg branch. How the *** is that possible? Pathetic company.
