Useless Guy more like it

It takes a lot for me to complain but The Courier Guy has let me down one too many times. My family lives in George and I'm in Kimberley, we regularly use Pudo, and within 2 days the parcels are delivered. This is the THIRD time that I paid that little bit extra because we needed the parcel delivered by a certain date and we are once again watching our waybill number because 5 days later and the parcel is yet to be delivered. It is my niece birthday tomorrow (the previous time was also a birthday but considering it was around December/January we were a little more forgiving because that time things are a bit delayed) but I posted the parcel on Sat morning early to ensure that by Tuesday latest Wednesday the parcel would be there by her because it is goodies for her birthday party tomorrow. I have phoned twice and all I'm told is the parcel is Outbound. I asked how is Pudo faster than Courier guy and no one can answer me!!! AND IT'S THE SAME COMPANY. I for sure WILL NOT be using courier guy when I need something urgently delivered because you can guarantee it will not arrive on time.
