Useless for fast courier

Very useless for fast deliveries. Paid for an overnight delivery but parcel was not collected and they decided to lie that there was noone to handover the parcel. Wow delivery will take more when I paid overnight then the money just disappears in thin air.

When asked for reasons for the day, they have a audacity to lie
