Useless

I've been waiting for my parcel since Monday and your website says 24-36hours absolutely ******* service

While I've been trying to track my parcel I see other people are having the same problems and not once have you guys responded to any of them

I've tried to find out how I can contact someone so I can collect my parcel and the only info I can find is if my parcel is lost it's not the courier guys problem

I can't understand why my parcel goes out for delivery every day and goes straight back to the depo like *** why not call me or call the person who sent it to me so you can tell us what the problem is

I'll never use the courier guy again unless in every way I stick with Postnet seems like they know what they are doing
