Useless delivery service

I don’t understand why company use this useless people to deliver. They are ****ing ****s and useless. For 3 days they have been lying. In the morning they say it’s out for delivery and all of a sudden they claim your number went to voicemail and they couldn’t reach you now the package can’t be delivered gave 2 numbers to use and they come back with the same stories. Isn’t there a way to close this useless company down. **** you courier guy
