Useless couriers

If you can use another courier service please do.! Parcels get picked up late, get mis-routed and delayed. I have been using them for a few years because of their pricing, but been let down too many times. I am done with their incompetence. Have had to drive to nearby towns to collect parcels which have been misrouted one too many times. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY.
