Useless Couriers

We are very unhappy with The Courier Guy. Their service is unprofessional and they need to get new staff transporting goods and they should be liable for damaged goods. We ordered some automotive spare parts from Springs Gauteng and The Courier Guy was the couriers being used to deliver the parts as it was send ( All in place and nothing broken ) but instead when we recieved the goods everything was broken inside the box exept for one piece ( which clearly you could see that the parts looked like they have been dropped and a car or someting drove over the boxes inside the delivery box which also clearly you can see that the box was repacked by someone in a already used box from Courier Guy because you can see where previous tape was used and then again new tape was used to close the box.) They now say that they can't be held responsible for the damages which is thousands of Rand's in value. Clearly they need to find out from their drivers who is responsible and that person should pay for the damages or it needs to be deducted from their salary and then also get fired but no they just can't be held responsible wich is bull****!! I will make sure that I never use Courier Guy again and hopefully they will suffer a much bigger loss and so the person who was responsible. I know a lot of people using these couriers and I will make sure they find another courier who can be trusted because between Springs and Strandfontein on the West Coast in the Westen Cape they will suffer a much bigger loss and nobody will use them again if I can help it. You people are unprofessional and your drivers seem te be just as useless for not taking responsibility for the damaged goods because it's easier to say we don't take responsibility for it than to be honest. The Courier Guy you people are useless, unprofessional and UP TO ****!!!! HOPE YOU LOSE ONE OF YOUR DELIVERY VAN'S JUST TO SHOW YOU THAT YOU CAN'T **** PEOPLE OVER😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 WORTHLESS COURIER COMPANY
