Useless courier service company

I booked a courier service from Courier guy on Wednesday the 26th on the early afternoon for an overnight service, needles to say that the level of service I was given is pathetic to say the least. My parcel was not picked up that day, I had to phone into their closest branch to the pick up point and the driver's response was he can't find the place. This is the very same courier company I've been using for the past 3 years to pickup my packages in the same address everytime. It got picked up on Thursday the 27th. To make the matters worse, I received an email telling me I should pay more money, an additional R460.00 because my package is bigger than what I paid for in order to be released , fine I paid. 5 minutes later I received another email telling me about delays at the airport meaning that I will not get my parcel on Friday. Mind you I paid for an overnight service that costed me R780.00 of which as I'm typing this i have not received my package delivery. I sent them an email and demanded a refund for the delay. Because I had to refund my clients also and trust been brocken, instead of owning up for their actions, they chose to duck and dive and come up with all excuses just so they don't take responsibility for their actions and incompetence. I'm sitting here with no refund or package.
