Useless courier don’t use it

I sent out a package for my client then it went missing for theee weeks ..then they found it on the 3rd week . I had to replace the clients products but it also made me loose my client..When they brought them back the package was damaged .They said it’s because of insufficient packing .Now I have lost money because of them not only money but a client as well. Courier guy is a **** lately it’s always excuses and excuses they no longer take responsibility..They refused to refund me money for my package .
