Useless Courier Company that takes zero responsibility

It's really pointless booking and selecting services because they will pickup and deliver whenever they damn well please. I booked on Friday for a parcel to be delivered on Saturday. I called to confirm a Saturday delivery, was told it would cost extra to which I agreed. It's Monday. Clearly this is no longer overnight. The client needed the package to travel with it to another town early this morning. Courier Guy does not care about you, your parcel or your business. Another delivery I received from them, almost everything was cracked or broken, they said it wasn't their issue. In yet another incident, a 25 litre drum which left our premises in perfect condition, was suddenly cracked and leaking before it reached the customer and we had to replace that. Do better!
