Useless Company .. Very Poor Customer Service !!

This company knows how to lie and mess people around. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. They have been so many different stories from the same company. Shane and Barry are useless and no sense of urgency. A Birthday gift was due on Thursday . They until now have not responded and delay the delivery. They cannot locate my parcel .
