USELESS COMPANY

The Courier guy is the worst damn courier company ever!!!!!!!! My parcels all are due date related Which is also stated so this USELESS company is a aware of when this needs to be delivered! this is about the 10TH time in less than a year that my things dont arrive on time NOW TODAY we are in CRISIS mode and refuse to deliver my parcel on time because they can only deliver essential goods!!! (So DOES my Parcel havbe to lie in your warehouse for three weeks???) IF they were not so USELESS they could of had the booking for today but as per usual thats too much to ask from this company!!!! I will be using RTT or ANYONE else in future
