Useless company

Lousy excuse of a company! It's been a week and I still have not received my parcel from them. Intead of giving me a valid reason as to why I'm not getting my parcel they keep sending me messages that my parcel will be delivered the next day. It's been the same story everyday for a week now! Their phones also go unanswered. Useless company!
