Useless client services

Firstly their over night service took 3 days. The IWas looking for the BRS hub so I called to ask which one that was. The operated denied there was such a place even though it shows on their app. I then asked to speak to someone else and they told me it was a hub in Brynston.. So I drove 30mins there only to be told that it was incorrect and that this happens often... Terrible service.
