Useless

It is impossible to get any joy out of TCG when they are liable for an incorrect collection and delivery. My client received someone else's parcels (not what he ordered)and it is not even on his original waybill and his order is missing in action. I see it is pointless doing a review here as the they also fail to answer on this platform.
