Useless assistance from Courier Guy Bethlehem

The Courier Guy BETHLEHEM branch has terrible customer care / office assistance. I keep calling and calling and when they DO decide to answer, i can hear them having some type of conversation amongst each other. I hold for almost a minute. Nothing. Call again. No answer. This has happened on multiple occasions.
