Useless and unprofessional

I booked a collection for Wednesday 15th July 2020 and today is the 17th July 2020 and the parcel hasn't been collected. All I got was that the driver didn't collect so it seems like their drivers do as they please. I'll never use their services again...useless and unprofessional.
