Useless and Pathetic Service

This is the most pathetic company , we actually asked the courier guy to do a saturday express delivery and paid R400 for this and the package got lost and we lost business to the amount of R7000 due to this stuffup and then this useless company went to put tour account on hold as well. We then placed a same day delivery for today and once again this was not done as this unprofessional and the service is pathetic

Weve been a loyal supported of the courier guy but the service and support and accounts is pathetic
