Useless and arrogant

Ordered some wine from Ashton, Western Cape on 2nd June to be delivered in George. Was told that there was a backlog and that the couriers may take a bit longer to deliver. Waybill was registered on 10 June but still not picked up on 17 June. Spoke to Monique at the Worcester Branch today, who was very arrogant and unapologetic, but did inform me that they would pick it up today, after which it would be sent to Cape Town, from where it would be dispatched to George, and that I 'should have' the parcel by Tuesday next week! 20 Days after the waybill was registered and 28 days after I have placed and paid for my order.
