Useless

Collections are being cancelled left right and centre without any communication from this company. No refunds are being done so where is my money going to. Then the most stupid of all excuses they need a truck to collect a bmw cylinder head of 30cmx70cmx20cm. Then a steering rack of a jetta weighing 16kg, what type of steering rack weighs that much???

Crazy lot. Refund me and I'll go elsewhere
