USELESS

Utterly useless! Keep on reporting that the package is not ready for collection, but it has been ready from Friday (supposed day of collection). Stated on the waybill & collection notice to collect before 15h00 - they rock up at 18h00 & reports that it is not ready yet. All lies! If you want to courier something, please do not trust this service as you package MIGHT get collected in a few months' time.
