USELESS

My friend assisted me in ordering an item (toaster) online from a chain store. Delivery came from The Courier Guy, delivering a "repaired" brush cutter including another client's personal details (no matter what the LAW says about this) After numerous calls, sending my friend from pillar to post, blame shifting and not taking responsibility, they delivered YET ANOTHER incorrect replacement parcel, again blaming GAME stores. Proof was sent to The courier guy that the fault is with them, and NOT Game, only response..... "Item will be delivered tomorrow" Clear disregard for customers and what we had planned....... Would seem that they went TOO BIG, TOO FAST
