Use of personal information for personal gain

The delivery guy asked me for money after delivering my parcel. The name on Truecaller came up as Colin Ismail from the sms he sent. I found it uncomfortable and unprofessional because why are you using my number to contact me for personal reasons????? Is that not a violation of company policy, what the hell?
