I recently had a disappointing experience with The courier Guy. My parcel arrived damaged, and instead of taking responsibility, their response was to direct me to their terms and conditions. It's disheartening to think that their staff can handle parcels negligently without any consequences. The lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue is concerning. As customers, we entrust our valuable items to courier services with the expectation that they will handle them with care. This experience has left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of this company, and I hope they reconsider their approach to customer concerns in the future.
