Use another courier

Very bad service....no one answers the phone.... Only seem to deliver when you're not home. Get promised that your parcel is next for delivery, stay at home....only to find out the asshole driving the van is on his way back to dispatch because its 16:00 and traffic is bad. Wont use their service again..... The whole idea of managing a courier business is speedy fast efficient delivery....not 7-4pm service.... and not some bull**** story about where the parcel is and why its not gonna be delivered today. Should've been delivered 3 days ago....
