Urgent Parcel Not Received After Two Weeks

I have placed and paid for a delivery from East London to my home location. It has been more than two weeks with no feedback from the Courier Guy. I emailed, no reply. I tried to phone twice, during which I ended up 26th in the queue - before I even reached a single digit the line broke off.

This is very frustrating as I specifically phoned asking if the can help me with my urgent parcel.
