Unverified CLOSED kiosk address provided for SELF PICK UP

Ordered a parcel for express delivery from CPT to DBN for IPT rugby league that started 23 Sep. Today is the 26th and we went to lengths to accommodate THE COURIER GUY to pick up our parcel at the kiosk THEY told us to. Shop 24, The Sentinal, Port Shepstone. We arrived at the said address after not losing our cool fo a week long express delivery promised before 23 September, only to find out the shop closed two years ago. HOW is this acceptable? Even after this they resent the address for pick up as the same incorrect address. Please update your systems when shops close down or move. This was a huge inconvenience to receive supplements on the day the rugby tour ENDS! And yes, we did order on time.
