First of all thank you to Stephen Gleisner for the unprofessional response but I threatened to turn to social media because of all the bad service I was receiving. All I can say is that I have been waiting way to long for a parcel and it's not like I ordered something silly. It is supplies for my business and without it I cannot work so it is indeed URGENT!!!!
