Untrained driver and no customer service

I am actually still shocked at the kind of drivers you have and this is not the first time. The driver with the name Matlabea is thee most abrupt human being I have ever came across, and he is not helpful nor easy to work with. I do not care how bad his day was going he has absolutely no right to say "Ya, I have your delivery, come outside with your pin" and then hang up. No "hello", no questioned asked. Then when I call him back to tell him that it is a 3rd party delivery, he starts shouting talking about he shouldn't even have to wait for 5 minutes, and hangs up again. I am actually livid, this huy ruined my day, and you really need to train your drivers. This is nonsense!
