Untraceable Parcel and loss of Property

If I could rate them in negative value, I would. I’ll never use them again. Parcel collected on 14th December by a very unprofessional and rude employee, and they can not trace my shipment. No one knows where my goods are - it’s in the abyss of The Courier Guy. They have no back up service. They have no client service. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable service. I have opened a docket at SAPD and suggest the people with similar complaints to do the same. There is a definite trend here. Am reporting them to the Consumer Board as well. I strongly discourage anyone to do business with The Courier Guy.
