Unsuccessful parcel return due to lies

I’ve been waiting for collection of my parcel for 6 days already. I’ve been told that the driver said the parcel wasn’t ready whereas they never showed up or even called. I’m running out of patience with The courier guy. When I called today they said that they gonna pick it up today and he refused to give out his name, saying I shouldn’t worry.
