Unsatisfied customer

Absolute worst delivery service ever. My husband sent a parcel, on Wednesday 15/03/2023 the parcel was supposed to be delivered. I received a call at 15:40 from the driver telling me that my parcel won't be delivered because the parcels were "swapped" and it was on its way back to joburg. I made arrangements with the driver that he would deliver my parcel Thursday morning 15/03/2023 around 08:00-12:00. I waiter for the parcel until 13:00 and no communication was made by the driver until I called him. The driver gave me attitude even after I told him that I would report him to management. I tried to get ahold of the 'operational manager' and he also and I only got ahold of him around 16:00. He the got his senior manager on the phone who was just as useless as the operational manager. The driver then called me at 16:07 telling that he is at my house after I've told him more than once that there is no one at the house after 12pm. He was then decided to hang up the phone after I reiterated the fact that he can't leave my package with any of my neighbors. I was disrespected by the driver and the whole management.
