Unsatisfactory service from The Courier Guy

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by The Courier Guy in regard to the handling of my recent parcel delivery.

Despite multiple attempts at delivery, my parcel was returned to the hub numerous times without any communication from The Courier Guy. I was only made aware of this issue after contacting their customer service department to complain, the consultant was rude. I was then informed that it was my responsibility to go and retrieve the parcel from the nearest police station.

Furthermore, I found the behaviour of the staff at their hub and the delivery guy to be rude and unprofessional, which only added to my disappointment with their services.

I expect better communication and customer service from a reputable company like The Courier Guy. I hope that this issue can be addressed promptly and that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter.
