Unsatisfactory service
A parcel was posted in their pudo locker on Friday morning before 10am but no movement took place and only yesterday when we called we were given some excuse about their lockers being offline, had we not called we still wouldn't know. Now Shaun says there's nothing they can do the matter is escalated to their technicians God knows when they'll go because they only escalated the matter after we called. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement

18 Nov 2025, 10:54An hour later and I spoke to Shanel or Shantel and she says there's nothing they can do, mind you my airtime is being exhausted while being sent from pillar to post yet I'm getting NO assistance or a positive response from the Courier guy
