Unsatisfactory delivery service.

Today I approached one of the depots for overnight delivery meaning it should be delivered over night.. This is a service they proudly display or offer in their website and all over advertising to be preside. Imagine the disappointment I was told at the counter while they weight and measured parcel I wa informed that it may take 2-3 days to reach its destination. This is totally unacceptable and false advertising. When someone needs a part or document with urgency overnight is the best solution now they stating it can take up to 2-3 days.. courier guy how is it you get away with such false advertising. I will most definitely be taking you to the social media platform for false advertising . Despite air freight there are many trucks transporting through the night so what is your excuse and please do not use the covid-19 “card” I await a response here . You stipulate overnight courier wil be delivered by 11 am the following day which only applies to major centers ie: Port Elizabeth which is the destination of my parcel.
