Unreliable service provider

I have been expecting my package since Monday (25 Oct), and I was told it would arrive on Saturday (30 Oct). Today I called and I'm told that it can only come on Tuesday the 2nd November.

Meanwhile my clients are waiting and I'm losing business because people think I've ripped then off.

They honestly don't even deserve this 1 star.
