Unreliable service.

I can't believe this is the same PUDO I swore by in 2022, and would recommend to everyone. The service is HORRIBLE! From the contact center to the delivery that takes days longer than it should. Everything is bad.

Only use it if you're not rushing for your parcel. That 2-3 business days delivery period is just false advertising
